These Terms govern your use of Bgram, a small, self-hosted, invite-only service hosted at blog.matthills.ca and operated by an individual. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by, or approved by, the administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or abusive content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.

Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• You grant us permission to store and display your content solely to operate the service.
• You are responsible for the content you post and may delete your own posts and comments at any time.

Moderation and termination

The administrator may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, and the service may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
